        DOUGLAS JACKSON, President 
         
        Mr. Jackson is co-founded the company in 1981 as a venture to provide 
        consulting and property management services for selected clients. At 
        that time, Mr. Jackson served in the capacity only as a director of the 
        company and was not actively involved in the management of the company. 
        During this period (1981 to 1996), Mr. Jackson was employed as a Vice 
        President for Glendale Realty Investments, a subsidiary of Glendale 
        Federal Savings Bank and Lincoln Property Company.  
         
        In 1994, it became evident that Jackson Property Company needed to 
        expand its operations to meet the demand of its clients who desired to 
        purchase existing properties that needed renovation, wanted to develop 
        new properties or needed management in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Mr. 
        Jackson joined the firm as an active employee in 1996 as a Vice 
        President of Asset Management. In 2002, he was named President. He is 
        actively involved in the decision-making process for the acquisition and 
        disposition of existing properties and the planning, development, 
        financing, lease-up and management of all projects in the company=s 
        portfolio.  
         
        Mr. Jackson began his career in commercial real estate in 1971 with 
        Lincoln Property Company. In addition to Lincoln, Mr. Jackson has been 
        employed as an executive with Lexton-Ancira (later Southmark), Aetna 
        Insurance (formerly Kaiser-Aetna), Trammel Crow (Brentwood Properties), 
        and Glenfed Realty Investments (Glendale Federal Savings). Mr. Jackson 
        returned to Lincoln Property Company in 1987, as Vice President for Fee 
        Management for properties located in Texas and Arkansas. His duties 
        included responsibilities for: Asset and Property Management; 
        Re-construction Management; Property Acquisition/Disposition and 
        Consulting. During his 32-year real estate career, he has been 
        responsible for the management of more than 87,000 apartment units. 
        During this period, he has also managed Office Buildings, Light 
        Industrial Buildings, Industrial Warehouses and Shopping Centers. 
         
        Mr. Jackson is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Arlington (BBA) 
        and Southern Methodist University (Real Estate) and has been designated 
        as a Certified Property Manager (CPM7), the prestigious professional 
        designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chicago, 
        Illinois. He was elected President of the Apartment Association of 
        Tarrant County in 1996. He has also served on the Board of Directors for 
        the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and is a former instructor 
        for the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a licensed Real 
        Estate Broker in Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee and Arkansas and is 
        actively involved with Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex, a social 
        services provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He enjoys golf and 
        reading history of the American West, particularly Texas History and the 
        history of Naval Aircraft. Mr. Jackson served his country in the United 
        States Navy (1965 -1969) where he was awarded a unit citation in 1968. 
        Mr. Jackson is active in his church and is a Gideon. 
         
         
        JUNE JACKSON, Chief Financial Officer 
         
        Ms. Jackson began her career in accounting and administration with Union 
        Planters Bank, Memphis, Tennessee, in 1961 and continued with the First 
        National Bank, Jackson Mississippi in 1963. She entered the construction 
        and development business in 1977 as Chief Financial Officer for Varner 
        Construction Company, a Memphis, Tennessee, based construction and 
        development company. In 1981, she and Mr. Jackson established Jackson 
        Consulting Company (d.b.a. Jackson Property Company). Ms. Jackson is a 
        graduate of Miller Hawkins Business College, Memphis, Tennessee and 
        holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman=s License. She is a member of the 
        Arlington Board of Realtors and various local apartment associations and 
        is active in her church and choir. She enjoys reading, golf and 
        tournament bridge. 
         
         
        SEAN JACKSON, Vice President 
         
        Sean Jackson is responsible for the Property Management Division and the 
        Construction Division of Jackson Property Company. As a member of the 
        family, Sean grew up in the management and construction business. He has 
        served in every employee capacity of the management and construction 
        business including groundskeeper, assistant manager, manager and 
        property manager. He rejoined Jackson Property Company on a full time 
        basis in 1999 after obtaining substantial training and experience at 
        Lincoln Property Company, a Texas-based development and management 
        company and Habitat Realty, Inc., a North Carolina based real estate 
        brokerage and management firm.  
         
        Mr. Jackson is an alumnus of both Texas Christian University and the 
        University of Texas at Arlington (Economics). He is a member of the 
        various local apartment associations, the National Center for Housing 
        Management, and has been licensed as Real Estate Salesman in North 
        Carolina and Texas. He is a candidate for Certified Property Manager 
        (CPM7), the prestigious professional designation awarded by the 
        Institute of Real Estate Management, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Jackson 
        currently holds specialty certificates necessary to maintain the 
        company=s qualifications to manage affordable housing and HUD Section 8 
        type properties. These include Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), 
        Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), Site-Based Budgeting Specialist 
        (SBS), and Certified Manager of Housing (CMH) designation. Mr. Jackson 
        is an avid golfer, water and snow skier and is an active member of his 
        church where he and his wife serve as a team in teaching Sunday School.
